- terms of service -

———- 1. usage and credits -you may use the commissioned artwork for character pages (toyhouse, artfight, etc.), profile icons, share to others/social media, etc. — but please give clear and explicit credits, as well crediting via linking to my socials if possible :)additionally, if sharing to social media/others, explicitly link back to my commissions pagedo not claim the commissioned work as your own, remove the watermark, or use any of my artwork to promote any kind of hate speech, or anything of that nature———- 2. payment -payment will be taken through venmo or cashapp in usd; however, bridge transactions are okay!either 100% upfront, or 50% upfront and 50% after completion
(finished piece will not be given until all payments!!)———- 3. revisions -minor changes/tweaks are allowed! however, please try to communicate as early as possible! requests very late into the process may cost a minor feelarge/significant overhauls will induce additional fees as i deem necessary. (dont worry; i wont be harsh!)a sketch will be given before i move onto lineart/colors; its most preferred if you ask for changes at this stage!———- 4. refunds -no refunds; you may only cancel/refund before i move past the sketch!if for some reason, i am unable to complete the commission, you will be offered a full refund!if you have any complications with payment for whatever personal reasons, then just let me know! we can figure something out :)
